Then we will have an experienced team of Account Managers create personalized and intriguing content for your listing, sure to catch the eyes of vacationers. Your property will be posted on all major online travel agencies, giving it exposure to more than 100 million travelers every month. Finally, we will manage your listing after it has been created to continually keep its content new, relevant, and at the top of all search engines.
HOW ARE GUEST INQUIRIES HANDLED?
Simply put, they are handled completely by us! We firmly believe in making your experience as hands-free as possible to save you both time and resources, so all guest communications pre and post-stay are allocated to your Account Managers. Our teams are available 24/7 to answer these inquiries (including nights and weekends) which means you won’t miss out on any opportunities to book your vacation rental property and your guests will be 100% taken care of during their stay.
CAN I STILL ENJOY MY PROPERTY FOR PERSONAL USE?
Yes! If there is ever a time you would like to have your vacation home for personal use, just let us know. So long as a guest booking has not previously been arranged for the time frame you would like to stay there, then that availability will be blocked out for your enjoyment.
AM I LOCKED INTO A TIME-SPECIFIC CONTRACT WITH RESORTIGO?
We pride ourselves on giving you the flexibility to decide when you would like to rent out your property for guest use. We understand that you may change your mind or someday decide to sell your property, so we will never put a time stamp on how long you are required to work with us. All we ask is that you give us ample notice when you no longer wish to use our services as a courtesy for any bookings we have already made.
